“What’s included in the VIP Fill Club?” Each month, you get two lash fills, a free 15-minute Express Hydration Facial, and 10% off all retail products—plus priority booking and member-only perks.
“How much does it cost?” Most clients pay $180/month, which includes two fills, the facial, and all VIP perks. That’s about $250+ in value, saving you $60+ each month.
“What kind of fills are included?” Any fill up to 75 minutes is covered (Classic, Hybrid, or Volume). Mega Volume fills or extra-long appointments can be upgraded for a small additional fee.
“How does payment work?” Once you're enrolled, your card is charged automatically each month—simple and stress-free. No payment is needed to reserve your spot on the waitlist.
“Can I roll over a missed fill or facial?” No, if you miss an appointment and do not give 24 hrs notice, you forfeit that fill for the month.
“Is there a contract or cancellation fee?” There’s just a 3-month minimum to start. After that, it’s month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 48 hours’ notice by contacting Jodie directly.
“How do I cancel my membership?” Easy! Just email us at everlashstudios@gmail.com or call/text Jodie at [insert phone number] at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
“What if I need to reschedule an appointment?” No problem! Our standard 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy still applies. If you cancel late or no-show, one of your monthly fills may be forfeited.
“What if I’m not sure which lash set or facial I need?” That’s what we’re here for! Jodie will help match you with the perfect package and service options based on your lash style and skincare goals.
“Do VIP Club members get early access to promos or new services?” Yes! As a VIP, you’ll be first in line for seasonal offers, product drops, and exclusive event invites.
